1)Tar persistence manager optimisation

Cq divides content into large and small objects

obj > 4k go into data store and below into repository

Tar PM uses append only mode to store data

The presence of old data can become a storage overhead and a process of tar-pm optimization is used to clean up 

all orphaned content and create a repository that contains only content that is currently in use.

2)Data sore garbage collection

Open the JMX Console by going to http://localhost:4502/system/console/jmx

Click the RevisionGarbageCollection MBean.

In the next window, click startRevisionGC() and then Invoke to start the Revision Garbage Collection job.
